This summer of 2009 project utilized a clever deck design to make a failing landscape useable once again for much less money than replacing the exisiting features.  The sun room had a patio that was three steps down and slowly sliding into the ravine below as the retaining wall was failing.  S & D removed the patio and plantings and regraded the site returning the area to a more natural grade--stabilizing the slope.  Jim Roy Construction installed the deck and S & D finished the project with native themed plantings to stabilize the slope and beauitfy this new and improved outdoor living space.
